- At least 2 years in a mechanicals, electrics parts Department or buying experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Good knowledge of parts of several brands of forklift.
- Communication in English and French.
- ERP Maximum software experience. (optional)
- Specific responsibilities:
- Take calls from internal and external customers, assess the emergency level and manage them in a timely manner.
- From the supplier's charter or validations, indicate the prices of the parts, inform the customer for the order authorization.
- Research product brands to identify products related to customer needs.
- Support fellow workers in their tasks.
- Insurer prompt response to internal and external request.
- Need experience to negotiate with suppliers.
- Consider all shipping supplies required in parts service.
- Make various purchases, if necessary and complete the information in the inventory.
- Cooperate with other functions in the performance of their work in order to achieve the objectives of the company.
- Suggest options to improve the delivery of Customer Service.
