  • Specific responsibilities:
  • Take calls from internal and external customers, assess the emergency level and manage them in a timely manner.
  • From the supplier's charter or validations, indicate the prices of the parts, inform the customer for the order authorization.
  • Research product brands to identify products related to customer needs.
  • Support fellow workers in their tasks.
